This notice covers the Harpyx pages at this address and any future checkout for the Starter Website (£100). Harpyx is a trading name, is established outside the United Kingdom, and sells only to businesses. Contact: jeff@getharpyx.com.

Who we are

Legal seller type (individual/sole trader or legal entity), legal seller name, business/service address, and any registration number that exists and applies are not published here because they have not been supplied. A registration number is published only if one legally exists and applies. This is not a Companies House filing. No UK VAT number is published here.

UK GDPR

UK GDPR can apply to an overseas supplier that offers a service to people in the United Kingdom. We treat enquiry, payment-confirmation and onboarding facts from UK Customers on that basis. This notice does not claim that a UK representative has been appointed. A representative is a separate requirement from having a UK GDPR duty, and one is not published here until it exists.

ICO

No ICO registration number is published here. Whether an ICO fee or registration applies to this supplier is a separate question from UK GDPR applying, and is not used as a condition of using these pages. We do not claim an exemption we have not confirmed.

What we collect

If you email us, you send whatever you include in that message. If you later pay, the payment provider processes card details; Harpyx receives payment confirmation only after the provider confirms the charge, together with the legal or trading business name, the trade-or-business confirmation, and the one commercial evidence field submitted (UK VAT number, or company registration number, or public business website or profile URL). We do not collect National Insurance numbers or other identifiers that are not required for that B2B check. If you send a brief after confirmation, we receive the business facts you submit. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on these pages. Visiting a confirmation page in the browser does not by itself send us a confirmation.

How we use it

Messages are used only to reply. Confirmed payments and onboarding facts are used only to deliver the website you bought. We do not sell this information.

Sharing

The payment provider processes payments under its own terms. A private operator channel may receive confirmed-payment events so a person can start delivery. That channel is not a public form destination.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Email jeff@getharpyx.com.

Payments

Card data is handled by the payment provider. Work starts only after that provider confirms payment, not when a browser lands on a confirmation page. Checkout on this site is closed until it is configured.
