Service Terms
These terms apply to the Starter Website (£100) sold under the trading name Harpyx. The supplier is established outside the United Kingdom. Contact: jeff@getharpyx.com.
Supplier
Legal seller type (individual/sole trader or legal entity), legal seller name, business/service address, and any registration number that exists and applies are not published here because they have not been supplied. A registration number is published only if one legally exists and applies. This page does not invent a company number, VAT number, or UK establishment.
Customer
The Customer is a person or organisation purchasing the Starter Website for purposes related to their trade or business. Harpyx does not sell Starter to consumers. Before payment can proceed, the Customer must give their legal or trading business name, confirm they are purchasing for purposes related to their trade or business, and supply one commercial evidence field: a UK VAT number, or a company registration number, or a public business website or profile URL. VAT registration is not required. Sole traders remain eligible. The UK consumer 14-day cancellation regime does not apply to this supply.
What you buy
Starter Website is £100 and includes: one mobile-friendly website page; website text written by Harpyx from the accurate business facts you provide; your services, areas covered and business information; a contact form and tap-to-call using your verified public contact details; two consolidated website revision rounds; corrections of Harpyx-attributable defects or departures from the agreed scope, separate from revision rounds; publication and help connecting your own domain; the first 12 months of hosting from publication, with no automatic renewal.
You purchase and own the domain separately. Domain purchase and renewal are paid to your domain provider. Hosting after the first 12 months is optional and priced separately before you decide.
When purchase is open, you pay £100 in full before personalisation begins.
Price and tax
The price charged by Harpyx is £100. Harpyx is established outside the United Kingdom and does not charge UK VAT on this B2B supply. A Customer who is registered for UK VAT may need to account for VAT under the reverse-charge rules that apply to them. Harpyx does not publish a UK VAT identification number on this page and does not provide tax advice.
What this is not
This is not a lead, ranking, traffic, enquiry or sales guarantee. Extra pages, ongoing website changes, marketing management and unlimited revisions are outside Starter.
When work starts
Payment is confirmed only by the payment provider. Opening a confirmation page in the browser is not confirmation and does not start work. Production begins when Harpyx starts personalising the website from the Customer’s business facts after that confirmation.
Cancellation
If the Customer cancels after payment is confirmed and before production begins, Harpyx refunds the £100 in full.
If the Customer cancels after production has begun, Harpyx reviews the outcome individually. No fixed refund percentage is published.
Revisions
Two consolidated rounds of website revisions are included within the agreed package scope. Defects we caused are corrected without using those design revision rounds. Additional pages, new features and out-of-scope changes require a separate quotation and your approval.
Hosting after 12 months
There is no automatic renewal. Before the included period ends we can send an optional renewal proposal. That price is not published here. Hosting is not lifetime. Moving the site elsewhere is your arrangement; a free migration of every file is not promised here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
